communication delay

Check-out communication lagged. needed more clarity on 11am departure. Room temperature adjustability fell short. didn’t get cold enough for restful sleep. Access to the property requires a code, making it tricky if you forget it outside. had to rely on others for help which wasn’t ideal.

Just an excellent fit for a brief sojourn in Milan with extraordinarily good value for money. Host was responsive via WhatsApp, making check-in a breeze. Be aware it's best to double-check your messages for the access code beforehand.

I loved the spacious Deluxe Double Room with a nice balcony, but the lack of breakfast options was a downside. Overall, a lovely stay that I’d gladly repeat!
